Background & Services:

She was personally affected by hEDS, MCAS, and histamine intolerance, I’ve faced my own challenges - including years of IBS symptoms and a complex triple bacterial overgrowth (SIBO, IMO and ISO) in the small intestine.

After many unsuccessful attempts with antimicrobials, I eventually found my way to remission through a microbiome-supportive approach using probiotics, prebiotics, and FMT.

These personal experiences sparked a deep interest in gut health and led me to specialize further: although my academic background is in Health Science, I’m currently completing an additional certification as a practitioner in Microbiome and Gut Health. This allows me to combine a scientific foundation with practical, experience-based insights.

Today, I work as a coach, helping clients to help themselves throughout their own gut healing journey with microbiome-friendly strategies.

Through my health sparring sessions, I offer personalized 1:1 support, including:

  • Personalized nutrition and supplement planning

  • Coaching before, during, and after FMT

  • Gut-friendly, individual lifestyle strategies

  • Support for histamine issues, the gut barrier and immune balance

  • Education and practical tools grounded in science and experience

  • Referral to other specialists when needed
